    Pretty much a factory outlet like so other. Many unoccupied and vacant lot.

    Haven't had food here but the iced latte is really good, probably the best I had in Sherbrooke.

    Great place lots of stores, great prices.. everywhere we travel to we always shop and find deals, deffinatly a great place to shop, it's like a lil village with a nice center place with green grass and a playground.

    Really beautiful and original place to shop at, with free parking lots. Most stores are clothes store, however.
