  Nice but not easy to get a new towel when yours is all wet. Otherwise nice facilities but a bit small in the winter. Personally, I prefer larger facilities such as the one north of Gatineau.

  Great experience. Inviting staff got an amazing deep massage and followed up with tea and melon. Nice outdoor thermo pool.

  The facility is admittedly very nice and clean. Salad served at restaurant is first class.

  When there on a Saturday night for the thermal experience. There are 2 hot pools of average size but could be a bit larger because I can imagine that they could get crowdy during high season. The site is very huge. At night however, the place could use a little bit more lightning because its quite quite dark. Also inside there could be a little better indication about where the various relaxation area and sauna are located because they can be harder to find for people going there for the first time.

  Do not book on the phone. Agents may not disclose all the details about packages and promotions. Manager will not hesitate to treat your explanations as a fabricated con. I personally had this experience and I asked only to explain the misunderstanding to someone who had financial stake in the company - this, along with my promotion was denied.

  This definitely one of my favourite spa locations I've been too. I love everything about this place. If I had to pick my favourite aspect, it would probably be the architecture and how it's integrated into the breathtaking setting. The spa grounds are huge and they have private waterfront on a quaint little lake. If you're into nordic spas, you seriously need to check this place out.
